2018 Annual Scientific Meeting Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities

Johnson, III, MD and the the Council of the Florida Society of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons, would like to extend an invitation to you and your company to participate as an exhibitor at our 51st Annual Scientific Meeting, which will be held July 13 - 15, 2018 in Key Largo, Florida. The purpose of our annual meeting is to provide continuing medical education to cardiovascular and thoracic surgeons and allied health professionals in the field of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery. This year’s Scientific Program will include topics such as All Arterial Revascularization, Aortic Valve Repair, Robotic Cardiac Surgery, Surgical Treatment of Lung Metastases, Heater Cooler Infections and What to do About Them, Combined Sleeve Resection and Pulmonary Arterioplasty. as well as current legislative and socioeconomic issues.
This event presents an opportunity for you to reach a large number of Florida surgeons. The exhibitor fee of $2,400 will provide your organization not only exhibit space consisting of 6-foot table tops in the main exhibit hall, but also admission for one representative to all social function with our members. The exhibitor hours will be planned around the scientific and socioeconomic sessions to ensure an opportunity to meet with the attendees. We feel certain that your products and/or services would interest our physicians. There is also an opportunity to provide sponsorships. Sponsorships include complimentary exhibit space with additional representatives and recognition in the Onsite Program, the fall edition of our newsletter and on our website; FSTCS.org. The 51st Annual Scientific Meeting begins Friday, July 13th with an Exhibitors breakfast followed by the scientific session. Be sure to make your plans to attend the very popular Friday Evening Welcome Reception and Dinner! Saturday morning begins with breakfast in the exhibit hall followed by our scientific session. A roundtable discussion will follow with an afternoon breakout session concluding Saturday’s agenda. Sunday morning's breakfast is in the exhibit hall and is followed by the socioeconomic and scientific sessions.
